Material & functionality
SUPPLEX 88% Polyamid / 12% Elasthan
is a cotton-like high-tech fabric that is very comfortable to wear even in high temperatures.
Thanks to the many individual fibres, the yarns are particularly supple and elastic.
Unlike cotton, SUPPLEX retains its shape and colour.
Modal 100% Cellulose
is a fibre with a natural origin. The chemically produced fibre is made from 100 per cent cellulose; beech wood from the Central European region is often used. It is a further development of viscose and is also called "better viscose".
Modal fabrics are soft, supple, fall smoothly and are characterised by their long life. Modal is considered more sustainable than cotton because less water and energy are needed in the manufacturing process.
Lyocell 100% Cellulose
is a purely biological fibre obtained from natural raw materials but produced industrially. The basis is eucalyptus wood from Asia, which comes from sustainable and resource-conserving forests. Lycocell is known in the trade under the brand name Tencel.
- Biodegradable
- Ideal for allergy sufferers, resistant to mites and bacteria
- Excellent moisture regulation
- Tear resistant and durable
- High wearing comfort
Viscose (formerly Reyon) 100% cellulose
is a synthetically produced fibre from natural resources. Cellulose is the main component of wood. Viscose uses wood chips (waste product) for its production, including beech, pine, spruce and eucalyptus.
Viscose fabrics are naturally soft, absorbent and have excellent moisture regulation.
