Light-coloured clothing has a positive effect on you and your environment and strengthens your mindfulness.
That is why light colors are the preferred colors in Kundalini yoga practice.

We offer these comfortable jersey yoga trousers in two lengths (approx. 70 and 75 cm). The measurement is the inner crotch length measured to the ankle.
The wide, elastic jersey waistband (approx. 22 cm) can be pulled over the waist to provide support and warmth. It looks cool when turned up. You can pull the cuffs (approx. 27 cm) on the jersey legs over your feet during meditation to prevent cooling.
